hi,
I know that there is no Local in WH's but is there any possibility to hide from Local in NS/LS/HS ?

I have been chased through 3 Null Sec Systems in Venal by an Russian Alliance and they never appeared in Local once.
Other Players appeared in Local.

(d-scan was not up to date at the time i made the screen shoot)

The Ships were not empty and the players did not log off -> had them on watch list.

They moved and attacked me, how is that possible ? I was not that active the last month's, was there a Patch which allowed to leave Local or is this an exploit ?

Try a petition and a bug report. This definitely seems wrong.

Already did that, just wanted to know if anyone experienced something like this before.
