Database of mining volume per hub and / or region ?

Am looking into potential sites for manufacturing and of course that lead me to the thought of region wide buy orders for minerals or ore . Is there a site / database where I can look at volume of a product moved in a time frame from a hub or a region , etc ? I've been just flying to what looks like potential mining areas and checking the market data from there but EVE is a very big sandboxto fly through all of it . Thank you in advance if there is any easier way you can provide.Lol
