You say you have been banned for the same practice 3-4 times?

A smart person would stop doing said activity after the first time.... or not at all.

I have found that for profit companies generally don't refuse paying customers money for no good reason which makes me very much doubt your claim that you were simply and innocently calling them by their own corp name.
