Yea i guess its been a while since you've tried anything in Empire James, so sorry to say if you faction fit your kit in Empire right now and run missions, within days you'll be dodging catalyst and tornado gangs constantly. If your ship has 500 million in mods on it (pretty easy on a faction fit, 3 CN BCU's will take you over halfway there) then you are not safe at all and will be hounded constantly, so please put down the pipe and lets stop pretending that your cyno jammed 50 bubble on the in gate systems aren't fortified like Mordor and relatively safe compared to the gank squads that roam mission areas.

Then if someone is caught, at least they have a chance to fight off the attackers. Right now everyone is forced or opts for a 100% PvE fit to gain the best ISK. And because PvP with a PvE fit is suicide, the very moment a hostile comes in system, the smartest thing to do is to get safe.
