MTUs don't always generate a wreck. Killmails in those cases don't show cargo.

I've been blasting away at Mobile Tractor Units and every once in a while they don't generate a wreck. It seems to do with how much stuff is in the MTU. If, when you cargo scan one, the list is over 50 or so items, the probability that there will be no wreck is higher. If a wreck is not generated, the killmail is still recieved, but there is no "cargo" section in the killmail. Even if you kill an empty MTU there is still the "cargo" header, but in the cases where a wreck is not generated the "cargo" header is also absent. There's definitely something going on here... just FYI.

Edit: correction, the cargo header is always absent when there is no loot in the MTU. However, there are instances when a wreck is not generated and an MTU cargo scanned and confirmed to be full of loot returns a blank killmail.

Found out a few things:

- Not related to number of items in MTU
- Might be related to number of MTUs on grid
- Might also have to do w/ amount of damage put on MTU in the final strike. I'm using a tornado w/ pretty good volley damage grouped. The iffy part would be why would the killmail show up blank even if over-damage is destroying the wreck?

...food for thought.
