CCP Fozzie: I Demand A Refund

After a Minmatar control tower successfully speedtanked my Phoenix over the course of six gruelling hours of combat yesterday, I have come to the conclusion that the several billion ISK I paid for the ship should be refunded. Why? Because I didn't intend to buy one of those vanity items I can show off to myself in my captain's quarters. I intended to buy a dreadnought.

The Phoenix is a piece of shit. Gimme back my money.

CCP mostly sucks at their job, but Veritas is a pretty cool dude.

How fast does a Minmatar Control Tower move that is was able to speed tank your missiles? Also, this is a multiplayer game, get a few friends to structure bash with, preferably with webs to slow the tower down.
