Actually, it's the prospect of a Freighter equipped with a DC II that creates all of the tears.

This also needs a role bonuses. Maybe a built-in sebo or 2 to lock up those tornados faster. And a special tractor that repackages ganker ships and sticks them in the cargo bay.
