EVE Launcher wont... launch

ok so i launch by the eve.exe and i get an exception, with a hole load of code, and i ran repair tool, tried just pressing Start EVE on the "Exception" nothing happens... i have restarted a few times, anyone got a clue?

*update* ok i started launcher, however its in offline mode, i click restart launcher, nothing happens, i also started from launcher.exe instead of eve.exe, because eve exe gives me an exeption error. no idea whats going on and i REALLY dont want to have to reinstall

From which launcher.exe did you start? And can you post the text of the exception?

it wont let me post exception error, says i cant post HTML in post... and i started launcher.exe found in
CCP\Eve\launcher\launcher.exe

OK. Can you try to install the launcher again? You can find the installer at this URL: http://content.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_655130.exe

well, that file you gave me did the trick, launcher starts by using eve.exe, allows me to go online mode, so, thanks.
