Best way to go about getting a high sec POS w/out standings

I've heard a few different ways of going about this, but I was wondering if there was a service to put up high sec POSs or if there is someone that would be willing to sell a high sec POS. Is it better to just go set one up in low sec somewhere? Thanks!

plenty of people sell corporations with enough standing or will come into yours and raise it to the needed standing for a modest fee
