Unable to patch! Seriously CCP?!

After resolving my issue with DOWNLOADING the patch, I now cannot even patch my game. After downloading the patch, the "EVE Online Update Setup" went from 1/7 to 6/7 39.6% installed THEN BACK TO 1/7, which it's now idly sitting at. I don't understand how to fix this issue and would like any help available.

UPDATE: Ran repair.exe, and then ran exefile.exe to force the update, however the launcher is now corrupted, telling me it's incompatible with Win64.

UPDATE: Followed the instructions from this link https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=3894280#post3894280 and was able to repair my launcher.
