Also, try finding people who actually fly the ships in game and ask why they fly one over the other. I've seen mixed signals when it comes to Proteus vs Tengu myself.

Primary: Proteus + Legion.
Secondary: Arazu + Pilgrim.
Other ships not needed.

a) because Eve.wiki is worse than useless, try EvEUni Wiki instead

before i pvp with proteus/legion i will get (TotalShipAndModulesPrice * 10) ISK, for easy rebuy 10 fully ready ships.
1kkk per 1 day => easy.

To not lose skills, i will eject ship when shields/armor zeroed => easy.

So, i need approximately 6 month (or even more, i dont care actually) playing PVE, before i learn all pvp skills to 5.
So, i go playing PVE, but now i know what i need for PVP.

EvE learning complete => easy.
