I would hope not. i'd be really pissed if I paid 100 bucks or however much it was if everyone else got a rifter model, artbook, and The Danger Game for FREE. Or a Plex, or a 60 day GTC.

Just kidding. But really, you know what I mean.

This comment on the description for Genolution CA-3 seemed to hint that the new implants might be given away during some other event or promotion.

"Genolution's press releases indicated that this new batch of implants would be available to capsuleers in limited numbers, but after the experience of the CA-1 and CA-2 nobody believes them. "

Yes the pre-purchase items are timed exclusive and will be available at a later date as part of an event or promotion
