Emergency downtime due to TQ hardware issues

Tranquility is back up!

Due to power issues that caused the server to experience problems earlier today, we did an emergency restart of the server to set things right. TQ went down at 14:50 UTC and came back up at 15:31 UTC.

However, it is again experiencing significant issues so another emergency reboot of TQ is necessary. We expect the downtime to last until 18:00 UTC.

We will update this thread as we have more information.

UPDATE 16:30 UTC: After investigating, our operations team has determined that the cause of the issue is hardware related. We must extend the emergency downtime by one and a half hour, to 18:00 UTC due to this.
UPDATE 18:00 UTC: Tranquility is up and is accepting connections!

No, presumably it is to fix the node crashes where entire systems are never loaded, leaving people in the tunnel between systems forever (like me) or unable to load a grid.
