Try a 4/10 DED site. I believe those are the hardest ones you can get in hisec. Fact of the matter is that no rat really behaves like a Sleeper and the mechanics of actual wspace are absent. Exploration content simply scales up into low- and nullsec.

Could bring a mobile depo with salvagers and a few tractors to refit once you are ready to salvage and a probe launcher when you need to probe for a new exit. Travel with scanning fit and cloak, find a wormhole, scout it and make safes, refit for doing sites, refit when done to salvage. Don't leave mobile depot in space btw.
