Capital Storm is an AU TZ based corp currently residing in Lowsec Aridia and part of the Violent Declaration alliance

We pride ourselves on our old man friendly atmosphere and our ability to evacuate and relocate quickly. Whilst we all enjoy making money and carebearing it up, all members are expected to enjoy pvp. We certainly don’t claim to be good, but we enjoy dying and running nearly as much as living. Killing stuff is also good.

What the corp offers:

Players in the AU TZ - Yes we have some old codgers that are on during the day, but we are primarily active in the hours up to DT.
Relatively quiet lowsec space where we enjoy running sites and trying to find the elusive rats that drop sec tags and even rarer Dark Blood spawns.
PVP - Yes our killboard looks abysmal but we do pvp. This includes gatecamps, chasing people that try run our sites, hot drops, station games and fun roams.
Logistics – Our logistics is second to none. We have cyno’s out our rear, carrier pilots and a loving JF service. We do like it when you get your own carrier to move your own junk though.

What we expect:

That you are somewhat active – At least several times a week (with the usual RL comes first – breaks are fine just as long as you let us know). We are not hardcore, but we are looking for members that do still play the game.
Players that can T2 fit a BC (including guns) and can fly a tackle frig (inty/AF). We want players that can do some things on their own. While we happily help out, we aren’t looking for brand new noobs. We recommend Eve-Uni if you have very limited ingame experience.

Players willing to train for doctrine ships. Yes the Kitchen sink often reigns supreme but we have indentified the benefits of a little cohesion. Sometimes this changes depending on our moods and how badly we die.
Players to use TS – Players that talk integrate much quicker and we tend to trust you more if we can hear you – this isn’t logical we know but if your going to steal our 50mil isk skillbook stash we want to know the sound of your voice so we don’t let you in again.

Players that are somewhat self sufficient. The odds of us all going for a nanna nap at the same time are slim, but it could happen, and if so you may still want to play the game.
A willingness to pvp – We expect people to make money and enjoy doing so, but we also expect to not have to force you into a fleet. PvP is fun, if you don’t find it fun this corp probably won’t suit.

It’s a long list of expectations, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Also some people have quizzed me on why lowsec. Well these are the reasons:

Risk – yes humans are inherently risk adverse and in some aspects we do minimize it. But without risk there is no opportunity for fun pvp.
Sites – Khanid lowsec is large, sprawling and relatively quiet. Plenty of options are around for running sites.
Missions – lowsec missions are decent income earners with level 5′s nearby as well. I’ve never run them, but I have heard good things.
Null access – We have decent access to Nullsec for pvp
Sec tags – yes ratting for these is a decent income earner – not Nullsec levels, but we don’t come with the baggage that a Nullsec alliance comes with.
