[LOAN] 1B - 1 month - 6% [OVER COLLATERALIZED]

I am looking for a loan of 1b.

This loan will be for a period of 1 month.

Interest is 6%.

Collateral will be a Michi's Excavation Augmentor, and 2 cruiser bpos (if needed), contracted in Jita 4-4.

If the collateral goes up in value to the value I feel it regularly has, I will mail you and we can end the loan early. In this situation, you will still receive FULL interest on the loan.

the price of that item has been steadily decreasing for a month. In case of default I would have to hope that the item doesn't further decrease in value and even if it doesn't I would have to make a sell order instead of selling directly due to taxes chewing off a cut of the profit. This is not over colateralized IMO

Looking at the yearly graph, the price of this item seems to go in cycles. So I would argue it is worth 1.2b currently, but usually 1.3-1.4.
