New Computer - What files are needed to transfer current ingame settings to new pc?

New Computer - What files are needed to transfer current ingame settings to new pc? By ingame settings I mean the hud, bookmarks, chat channels so I don't have to redo everything.

C:\Documents and Settings\WindowsID\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility\settings Folder

"WindowsID" to To determine Windows key + L
"c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility" folder is default installation location
custom, different folder name.

This information doesn't seem to work on xp. Where are the settings located on xp? I googled it but none of the answers I found worked.

Done my time in null sec, now I'm just a Privateer wandering around High and Low Sec.
