HI all.

While i pres ctrl+F i see average 60fps on max detail, same value 60fps at medium details, and same at low details, always see 60fps +- 2 fps, no matter which dx i use dx9 or dx 11 always 60fps, anyone know how to fix it ? is logic that using low details shoud increase fps... but in this case, no idea why.

Procesor i5 4670k
Gpu radeon R9 270x
Ram 8gb.
Windows 7 64bit.
