Hi im having the same problem, my screen goes dark after character selection, i an hear ingame sounds but thats about it. i tried everything from cache clearing to reinstaling and nothing.
i already submited a bug report with dxdiag and file from server tool atached.
But my problem now is, how do i know my ticket is being its being attended to? do i get a notification over mail or something?

I'm also now having this issue after todays patch. Worked fine last night.

I'm using an older nvidia card with latest drivers and have tried reinstalling drivers, dx9 etc...

Hi, I seem to be having the same problem mentioned, I'm currently in logged out in space. I can't get past blank screen on this char, I can log in and fly about on the other characters on this account. I will add that this problem also occurs when trying to log in on a completely different computer. I have cleared cache, mail cache, installed newer ATI drivers & also tryed from dx 9 mode. all with no avail.
If this is a server side problem is this likely to reset at downtime or would i have to file a bug report and be relocated & repackaged as described by Jax-D?

I am having a similar problem. I have submitted both a Ticket and a Bug Report.

Got similar problem here. The character selection screen shows my character in a diferent ship on a diferent station. The other 2 character on this account works OK only this one is bugged.

Blackscreen here too.

Ticket sent..

EDIT: Had some info from friend to try to create a new charater. Did and it worked well! :o
After that i tried to go back to main charater and still got blackscreen. Weird....Shocked
