If you want to fly PvE or PvP - does not matter, these are the basics for both...
You can decide if you want to train shield or armor first!
Decide on your own, if you wanna fly frigs, curiser, BC or BS!
This starter toon accelerates your career in eve by over 2 Mio SP in Gunnery compared to a complete new char!

Rule 10, The character for sale must be from an active account, you cannot trade characters from inactive accounts.

You are going to have to reactivate the accounts
