Hello o/

Today i've found that my alt skills were freezed at deep night. I had a skill plan for little more then 24 h, today, when i logged my alt on i realized that NeoCom skills progressbar is empty and when i opened skills window i saw that in the top part timer for skills is working, but i have suspiciously long list (just a little less then 24h, but since my last session past about 10h already and its have to be much shorter) and the active skill timer stuck at the beginning. Pause/resume trick didn't helped.

Skills plan starts working properly only when i've added a new skill in the end of the list. As a result of this bug i lost almost 11 hours of learning. Is there any chances for compensation?
