Ascendancy Implants and why they suck

So I got myself Alpha Beta Delta Epsilon Gamma implants, and the funny thing is that the Asc Omega gives smaller bonus than the normal 'Rogue' Warp Speed Implant that gives 15% warp speed. The other sucky thing is that there's no difference in the speed before fitting the implants and after fitting the imlants.
SO as every HG implants they must make a big impact, just as the HG snake set gives tremendous advantage and the HG slave set, currently ASC implants suck ass and the worst part is that there's no point in the Omega implant, and the set as a whole.
