No. Its all over my pants.

Then your pants are manly indeed. Unlike you, howling like a sissy over a moth..

You say that because you have yet to know about my reaction to huge centipedes of doom and destruction from hell.

Now those.. i know all about their sting.

It hurts. Bad

Yup. I think it is common in other types of insects as well. They do all their eating when they are in larvae or grub stage of their lives and when they metamorphosis into adult form they just mate and then die a short time later so they don't need to eat.

The big moth that attacked the OP might have been a Luna Moth and I know they definitely don't have mouths.

Oh, you don't know fear until the ducks are out to get you!

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

I'm glad I moved the the northern hemisphere where we don't have over-sized arthropods and ****. Guam was bad enough as a kid...

I seriously think you just make useless posts to have your alt army give you more likes.

WTF is this doing in the Eve-O general discussion? Don't we have an off topic forum for these kinds of threads? Oh wait, you don't get as much attention in the Off Topic forum as GD. I see what you did there.

I think that brings us back to comments about your face.

Bees don't come busting into your **** like the LAPD SWAT team in the middle of the night, though. Moths are well-known for that.

I like bees. Wasps, on the other hand...

At any rate it was as big as this one, although this one is clearly fake... Like she would let a monstrosity like that sit on her face..

And as if it would sit still and quiet like that instead of trying to bang on her ear...

The threat is very very real. There's a theory called the "moth constant" which states that the physical threat a moth poses is exponentially proportional to a moth's size. It reduces to zero, but after the size of say a gypsy moth the threat becomes very pronounced. If the moth in your office was say .25% larger than a gypsy moth you should be very careful... they can take off your frakin' head. Tread carefully, and don't take chances. The large moth's only natural enemy is the ol' spray can lighter blowtorch combo. Think about it. If you burn down your office it will be a small price to pay... that is.. if you value human life. Otherwise.... prepare for inter-office xenocide. The giant moth takes no prisoners.

But this one is dead already. My ceiling fan valiantly defended me while i was locked down somewhere else...

The moth is divided in two right now.. which is why i don't take a picture to prove how big it really was. Ain't no way in hell i'll pick up the pieces and put them near each other for a comparasion.

I hear moths can give real nasty rashes..

Just put the lotion in the basket and I promise the moths will stop.

The advantage of a bad memory is that one can enjoy the same good things for the first time several times.

One will rarely err if extreme actions be ascribed to vanity, ordinary actions to habit, and mean actions to fear.

That is a smart move. A moth is never really dead. Make an intern do it. If he gets killed... I still think you should burn the room. In fact... you should probably just burn down the whole building right now. Better safe than sorry. Sure... the insurance company may complain... you may even get charged with arson or something... but if I know law you will win your case on the basis of self defense. There's precedent... google it.

I heard that they are actually going to nerf MOTHerships in the winter expansion.
