Weapons Timer Bug

Hi,
While playing as logistics in an incursion fleet,
I noticed that i received a weapons timer, I could not dock or use stargates,
I recieved this without agressing a corpmate - I have no corpmates, Agressing something with drones, or even getting a capsuleer logoff timer.

None of the members of the fleet are corpmates or could agress someone without getting concored.

This leads me to believe this is a bug of somesort.
