Opening the fitting screen first time is very laggy/stucks

Hello! ^ ^

I installed EVE Online on a new PC :

Intel Core i7- 4770K
16GB DDR3 -1600
Samsung SSD 840 Series 250GB Evo
MSI 280X Gaming R9 3G

The latest drivers for my graphics card etc. are installed.

Actually, everything is running well and very smooth except for one thing. My old PC does not have this problem and it is 7 years old.

Everytime when I dock at a station and want to equip my ship the fitting screen opens very slowly and laggy. It takes about 2 to 3 seconds. Now this only happens when I open the fitting screen the first time after I docked at a station. If I close the fitting screen and then reopen it , it opens normal, smooth and fast until I undock and dock at station again.

Is this a general problem of Rubicon? Are there any others who also got this issue? It is a very small issue I know, but I think my new PC should handle this.

(This evening I will try to activate "resource cache" in the preferences.. hope the problem is solved then)
