Out of Pod Experience

Those of you who read my post on 'The High Life' will recall that I said that the Italian yard Fincantieri is currently building a 140 meter superyacht.

Here is the first view of what she'll look like.

You will see she her hull bear's a similarity in design to Fincantieri's other superyacht the 134 meter Serene i.e. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o64ifFY5ao4

So, 'Victory', maybe isn't that bespoke after all, and may be using a similar hull base as Serene has that has been stretched another 6 meters, and like Lurssen does Fincantieri, - unlike Feadship - has a basic hull shape as part of a class. The world will get the see Victory for real when she is launched some time in 2014.
