Hi,

I would just like to publicly say Thank You to GM Smiley & GM Rust for their help on my two support tickets respectively.

They were very professional and helpful in my time of disaster ;-)

I do hope that CCP will give them a raise or at least a gold star. :-)

i've never dealt with them, every time I petition i get an answer from GM DEE LAWGS and his buddy, GM SHOZE NOTHIN. Big smile
