Requesting epic arc AF/Interceptor fit

I want to do all the epic arcs at least once. The high sec and courier missions are easy enough to get fits for. But some parts of the arcs take place in low sec, and the pirate arcs are completely within null sec.
I've been told that the low sec parts can be done in an AF, and the pirate arcs in an interceptor. Could anyone provide me with fits that work for them ?
