Properly coded language support so we the player base can actually help making proper eve localisation happen. Heck even if it would be UI elements only, it would be big step.

An anchorable christmas tree that lets you put items in as presents.
when someone hacks it or bashes it to a certain level it scatter/spews the contents.

I dont know, it could be used for bait, ad hoc tournaments, to teach newbies hacking basics. to encourage PVP.

It doesnt have to look like a christmas tree all year round.

Also, you can cargo scan it obviously.

I think this would fit with the new exspansion.

It's been awhile since they gave use an extra remap. Another one of those would be sweet. Not everyone sees a point in them, but I use them.

Wouldn't mind a tree in my quarters... nice to sit down and watch the news with some ambiance.
But for game design efficiency and campyness it should be two very high resolution sprites, joined at 90 degrees. Lol
