Client refusing to start at all

I recently had to do a full 're'-install of EVE just after Rubicon came out (I say 're' because it was originally on steam and wouldn't work that way, presumably because of the same issue detailed below) and found that after starting the game, logging in and attempting to watch the cinematic intro, the client crashed, and now it simply refuses to start, launcher or client, not even giving an error message or log at all.

When I run the Exefile.exe it says I'm missing _Trinity_dx11_deploy.dll and _trinity_dx9_deploy.dll, yet I know for sure I had them before the crash. Also the repair tool doesn't work, it gets up to the point where it attempts to install them (stage 7/7) and stops responding, eventually closing on its own without repairing anything, I have reinstalled EVE multiple times after said issue, and redownloaded the repairer, yet the _Trinity_dx11/9_deploy.dll never show up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really want to get back into the game I love to play so much.
