Not sure where this discussion is heading, but this is what I remember:

This was a stelath nerf by CCP about a year ago, and the players noticed it, and CCP reluctantly acknowledged. This annoyed a LOT of people. People threatened to quit, asked for SP back etc. Basically **** hit the roof, though more over the lack of communication than about the logic behind the change. CCP hopped about for a bit till dust settled.

When asking about CSM motivations, always run your thought thru the null sec filter: Will this change benefit nullies for the most part? If the answer is yes, clearly, the CSM won't talk about it.

Wasn't a stealth nerf at all. There was shed loads of whining on the forums about it.

In the end it makes sense so why not do it? Cos some neckbeards are crying. Nope not an issue. Go grab some tissues.
