Which came first? Admiral Tovil-Toba directing his Chimera into Gallente Prime or Admiral Noir slamming his Nyx into the Malkalen station?

The former. By about two hundred years.

Tovil-Toba's suicide run on Gallente Prime was part of the evacuation of Caldari Prime during the war between the Caldari and Gallente, which began in the year 23155. The year is now 23351 in the old calendar, or YC115 in the new. The Malkalen event was in YC110.
