This is a scam won over 600 mill and they kick me and my husband,s account from playing. Not to mention I will be going after this site from now on. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BULLSHIT. And to be honest the legality of it will be tested as well. Considering my husband works for a firm in Austin TX. Challenge accepted.

Good luck with that, the ingame currency and everything else in game explicitly belongs to CCP, not you. They're generally fine with people scamming each other out of it because at the end of the day the currency merely changes hands and CCP still owns it.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

I think your only chance of punishment is if the people running it live in TX too, and are black and aged between 18&25. Then you've a 40% chance they'll end up in prison anyways.
