Captains Quarters Video?

I'm a fan of the captains quarters, and I found this old article detailing how one could replace the captains quarters video with their own content.

I have videos in the proper format, but I am having difficulty finding the right file path to put the CQVideos folder into. I located a folder named CQ under the ccp/eve/res/video folder, but adding or removing files from here does not seem to do much. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
