pic of the part around the hatch of the SOE Frig is blury

as you can see the detail of the SOE logo and the circle on the hatch are high-res while the textures around them are very blurry is that suppose to be like thatQuestion

note the rest of the ship isent blury like this except maby the nose


all graphic settings are on HIGH and im zoomed all the way in
