Makes sense. I suspect a typo yet it is funny.

I weigh 5'3", and am 170lbs tall.
I see you've changed your pic.

Looks good!

As an American, that should have read 50m waistband width.

You know, that whole "Americans are all stupid and fat" thing was kinda epically debunked that one time when we kicked everyone else's ass at the Olympics *AND* landed on Mars in the same month.

So, maybe.... you know.... sod off and shove that crap right back up your 4th point of contact, where it came from.
Besides... wasn't it Marxist France that came up with that idiotic stereotype in the first place? If you want to follow France's opinion on everything, maybe you should go wave white flags at the next German you see.

Wow, someone got out of bed on the wrong side this morning.

Anyway, nobody's saying all Americans are fat Just one third of them.

And while we're on the subject of Germans invading France, didn't the American space program pretty much rely on German scientists who fled Europe after their defeat in WW2?

Those scientists all left BEFORE WW2 proper, began. Your history's a might off, but otherwise, mostly accurate.
We also had our own scientists working on it, prior to. I believe our space program began being formed about a decade after we invented powered flight.
Remember... America wasn't always run by idiot lawyers who cave in to the demands of science-denying religious nutcases.
I have a lot of problems with my own country. Just as many as the rest of the world, in fact. I served in the US Army for just shy of a decade, and when I got out I realized just how screwed up we really are.
But, being called out as fat just because of the country I live in.... isn't that technically racist? I have every right to be offended by crap like that. I worked hard to exceed the fitness standards while I was in the military, and I'm still just as serious about my own health and wellbeing. So, get stuffed.
As I said, before... 5'3"/170lbs all packed into a 32" waist? I'm a pocket-sized god. Women swoon and faint when I take my shirt off.

Level V Mastery represents total training of all the skills relevant to the hull. Never said it would be easy to achieve, as it is the last and elite level for the ship. The Rifling Launcher Pattern has 25m/b bandwidth and 50m3 drone capacity.

Agreed that Tech3 ship subsystems need to have separate Masteries somehow, and also agreed that not all drone specializations are that useful or that all subsystems are, but that doesn't change the point above Blink

The gunnery certificates should only be added at level 4 or 5 rather than level 1. Note I'm not asking they be removed entirely.

Not that I want to get in a pointless internet argument, but my history is not 'off', (and I realize I am sourcing from Wikipedia here) but whatever....

Take a look at the first section (although the rest is v.interesting)

Wow, the link to the Operation Paperclip makes some interesting reading too.

Anyway, I personally don't care, the Mars landing was awesome!!!

This is certainly a little odd. Looking at the mastery levels, I can see that a ship using drones as an example means you have to have level 5 in ALL drones to get mastery, yet for say a Gallente ship, you have to have level 5 specialization for ALL drone types.

Is the intent then to assume that we must be able to maximize every drone type for every racial hull? Like mastery of Amarr drones used in a Gallente hull?

Wouldn't a Gallente hull only be able to fully exploit the use of Gallente drones?

Or maybe from a lore angle, this would only be the case for empire NPC navies but we capsuleers can use whatever we want?

Just wondering.

A lot of players I find have a preference for Gallente and Caldari drones and I have read often that "Amarr drones are useless" but this might be influenced by their damage type being least useful for the more popular mission rats. (my observation).

Oh well. Back to the skill que.

There's a problem with that statement: Currently you need Scout Drones cert for level III mastery. isn't that supposed to be somewhat middle of the road skillwise?

Having a cert that is a tertiary effect on ONE subsystem (the main purpose of Rifling launcher pattern is the ECM bonus and it's primary damage comes from missiles, the drone bay is just there as a supporting item with 5 light drones and no spares) does not properly reflect that. I can see having drone certs for a fully maxed I can do anything better than you hull, but it does not make sense for level III or IV

I would assume since the tengu can use drones with the rifling launcher pattern that a mastery of drones would be useful.

Then along the same logic a ship like the Hawk (and I'm sure many others) should require gunnery related skills as it has four missile launcher hard points and two turret hard points.
