Quick question, Is it possible to have a static wormhole that stays in 1 lowsec system all the time? Does it mean the wormhole system itself will always have a wormhole exit into a random lowsec system or will it always be a specific lowsec system?

IE - The system Half in Molden Heath always has 1 wormhole in it that leads to the exact same W-Space system all the time.
This is just a random example, I have no idea if Half has a static or anything for that matter.
