Rollback Phoon Drone Bay Nerf

just 200m³ for the reduced armor/structure so phoon has some backup drones would be nice.

What does a ship that is neither gallente nor drone boat ship need full bandwidth for?

Most Caldari Missile ship pilots have no problem with this change. In fact they applaud the balance

Navy Phoon got a full drone bandwidth*. Only the economy class travels without that luxury.

i have to agree here, i just HATE seeing a 125m3/100mb/s drone bay, just.. gah, my OCD will NOT accept launching 4 drones, it feels like i'm missing one

then again i'm one of the (guessing here) few people that loved the OLD typhoon, i loved 5 heavy drones 4 turrets 4 launchers.. took more skill to use, and did less dps, but i dont know, it was just more FUN to fly that ship

Well, because 125m3 space and 125 bandwidth was pretty balanced. If you went 5 heavy/sentries, you were SOL if one of them got popped, compared to Gallente which can pack legions of spares. There was no carrying sentries plus a smaller set to deal with frigs, either.

But eah, oh well. I wasn't in the habit of carrying 5x larges prior to the nerf anyway. It didn't leave room for things to go wrong.

Consider that the only ships with so much excess space are dependant on their drones for dps, and the exception to that, which is the Hyperion, had it's main dps lowered and supplemented with more drone space. Also, when I use to rat in a mael I would only use 3 sentries and a flight of lights for frigates.

No roll back thanks..Because Minmatar ships do not need to outclass every Caldari ships in about every category.
