New T2 Battlecrusier "Fleet Ship/Line Ship"

I had an Idea a while ago I was throwing around with my corp about new ships. The recent introduction of the new BC tier and their purpose can make this a feasible idea. As soon as i read class cannon i though of Ship-of-the-line, biggest/most guns and mainly effective in fleet engagements. why not (after further balancing) that would not be as expensive as a T2 battleship (but more effective in fleets than). these ships would be made for large scale fleet engagements. think of it as AHAC fleet +1.5.

they get tracking +, resist +, and damage +, (what would be awesome too would be a bonus on the bonus they get from FC/WC/SC)
