i've had my frame rates jump all over the place since the new patch. they are usually stable at 60 but have been jumping up to 80 then down to 20. and it only happens when i undock. i was told it might have something to with DX 11 but I'm not entirely sure.

i7 @ 2.4 GHz
Windows 8.1
Geforce GT 650M
RAM 8 GB

Update: i switched back to DX9 and i have no problems at all.
