Normally you could do that, however it gives the Planck error even when packaged. Perhaps a bug.


I don't think it's a bug, it's just like all other containers - it can't be put in another one

Yeah you're right actually. Never tried to put a packaged secure container into a jet can.

suggestion:
EDIT: apparently you can rename them, i must've missed that
-The named depots have hardly any advantage over the regular ones and are, in my opinion, never worth using except for special situations that i can not think of in which one needs slightly more cargo space for refitting his mods, as if he couldn't do so one at a time.

Post any ideas or any Mobile-Depot love here!


For me it means I can return to the days of single ship exploring without having to worry that I have the wrong ship for the sites I find, I can simply reship as needed. Yeah, I'm not flying the optimum ship for every site but at least I don't have to totally ignore half the sites I find as I'm in the wrong ship.
