Applying Rubicon Patch

I have the patch downloaded, but every time I run the launcher, it stays at 100%. It reads:

(3/4): APPLYING EVE_ONLINE_653401-653401_WIN.PATCH: 100.0%

And stays there. If I launch the game manually, it is missing menus and the opacity is completely wrong.

Whoops. Nevermind. Third or fourth try finished it.
