POCO suggestions?

Yesterday we, RvB, spent a few hours grinding NOCOs.

My long term issue regarding the whole POCO and PI situation is that it is great we have something more we can fight over from space but POCO's and PI overall has not evolved from it's update soon after release.

I've said it before (and will do again), we need a few things for PI to make a big difference....

1. One launch pad please per planet only. Change the poco to be the top end of a space elevator and the current launch pad mechanic to be the bottom end.
2. Whoever sets up the POCO gets the bottom end under their control as well.
3. Let all people on the planet connect their PI networks to the space elevator, giving them the options to route goods to storage depots on other peoples networks. This could be done so individual members of a corp could import or produce different aspects of the PI chain onto a planet and collaborate together.
4. Tax rates could be set on transfer between individual supply chains between people.
5. A simple interface addition is needed, just a list of players/corps who have storage connected to the planetary network.
6. If you don't want to use the space elevator then that's fine, build your own launch pad but all you can do is fire up cargo rockets into orbit with lower transfer rates (no tax though, just low fixed cost per m3) (maybe room for a new "planetary launch" skill to reduce cost per level or allow bigger rockets?) though there's always the risk of others scanning down your launches and stealing it before you get there etc.
7. Integrate the space elevators with Dust. Let dust mites be hired to take control of the bottom end, so it can be attacked by both ends. Big bad corp camping the poco you want to control? Hire some dusties to attack it from the ground instead.
8. Expand the market to include planets. If someone on a planet has a big stack of something I need, why do we need to haul it into orbit to then trade, only for me to import it back to the planet? Have the market extend to planets so I can buy from other PI sales offices or advertise my goods for sale.
9. As a final extension to this, how black market goods are handled could be integrated. Any goods that are currently traded in station as "black market items" could have high sales costs/overheads (bribes) in station but lower costs on a planet. Maybe start moving certain industries over like this to PI in the future to demarcate legitimate and "dodgy" industry? Allow small scale industries to be set up on worlds, give duties more things to defend or fight over. I.e. You control a space elevator? Best keep the facility stocked with dust clones or drones so it can put up a defence. Would feed into pve type activity for dust alongside the normal pvp etc....
