Again, as expressed from the Dev Blog , the Mastery / Certificate system isn't meant to be totally accurate to all cases. No system can without becoming terribly convoluted. It's here to provide a guideline for various hulls.

The only way all cases can be addressed is if we allow you, the players to come up with your own corporation Certificates.

I really like ISIS, but two improvements I'd really like to see...

About half of it is covered up by my chat windows and everything else. Make it so we can scroll out farther and drag it around the screen so we can see everything.

Change the color on either the ships you can fly or the ones you can't. They're both basically different shades of light blue. I feel like the ones you can fly should be lit up green or something.
