Has anybody tried just cruising around looking for fleets bashing customs offices, lurking about until they pop, then just try to anchor yours before they can do theirs? Seems like it could be good for a laugh if you pull it off.

Not really commenting on what you said, although "for the lulz" is always a good reason to do pretty much anything.

Sure some have. It seems it is quite funny, but only for 24 hours.

The bonus is when they attempt to do this and end up 'donating' their poco and a killmail to valiant RvBee customs agents enforcing the new regime.
