Player Features and Ideas Discussion

Remember when can flippers used to be all over eve and you could get some awesome fights by setting up bait miners? Since the new changes this type of gameplay has pretty much disapeared giving way to suspect baiting on stations, also, killrights... admittedly i have killed people using the killrights system a few times now but i cant for the love of god get the damned thing to only be set for a single player or corp to be able to activate, and every time i try it just sets it to the 'everyone' setting, is this intentional? and what ideas do people have of increasing the opportunity of gaining suspect flags and killrights?
