ISIS ships - missing flyby in background

On CCP movie I have seen one feature which was really cool but cant see it in my client. I mean that when I hoover mouse over ship icon there in background ship fly - but in my game this doesnt work. Maybe any option should i turn on ?

Confirming that clicking on ship icon in isis does nothing instead of ship fly-by, maybe the way to trigger ship flyby changed? googling this issue brings this particular thread as a first result.

in CCP movie it was shown with Titan ship
