Open the launcher, click play, the client start, log in, in station all ok, undock, any button pressed on the client stops me the whole system, bookmark on mouse right button, if I go in autopilot and use only keyboard keys the client continue to work well.

This happen only on a iMac 24 2009 OS 10.6.8 - NVIDIA GeForce GT 120
in an other iMac 21 (os 10.6.8) never happen this (used a lot till 4 feb)

Done update 6 feb, some changes, the entire system don't crash, only the client. When I try to set up the overview the entire screen become semi black and when i try to change prom windowed to full screen it change in all colors the auto quit the client.

I get the black screen after launch but (for three days now) have found that if I wait, eventually the cursor changes to show that I can select one of my three characters, along with those wee sounds the game makes as you mouse over things.

I select the character on the left (my main) and the game makes more sounds.

Now at this point the screen stays black and my mouse doesn't change to show I'm mousing over anything in the station environment.

But if I Command+Tab out, wait a bit, and then Command+Tab back into the game, about one in three times I'll get a full station environment and everything will run smoothly

The other two times I get a jumbled mess of mixed colors (straight out of 8-bit Nintendo game crash days--seriously, it looks just like those old screens of death) and I have to hard restart my Mac.

The first time I was able to get in I dumped my skill queue and replaced it with a going-on-9-days-to-train skill.

I love CCP and I know they're on the job, but right now I don't have much confidence they'll fix these problems anytime soon.

I really am wasting my breath though, when you can avoid questions from Hexxx and RAW23 like that you must have some seriously devoted investors. --Elizabeth Norn

I am having similar problems to everyone else. Launcher works fine, then when everything is loaded I just have a black screen. I can hear the sounds in the background and after guessing where my character was selected him.
Sometimes I get a green pixilated box where the chat window would normally be and that's all.

Does CCP have any idea when this issue will be resolved?

I am really thinking about opening a paypal dispute!!!!

After one week of playing the demo account without problems I pay for my subscription and since the last update it always freezes on my IMAC and macbook air.

This really sucks!!! Also its now not even working on VMWARE anymore!!!!

I filled out a ticket asking for an update as well as prorating this months bill for the time that I could not use my account.

I think everyone who is having problems should send in a ticket, maybe then one of the devs will post an update on the forum.

My Mid 2011 13" Macbook Air with 1.8 ghz Intel Core i7 & 4GB of ram is constantly crashing after the latest patches. I've tried the repair tool, and completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Same thing always happens!

1. Log in to launcher, it is fine, even will download apply patches
2. Character select screen works fine
3. Selecting a character starts to load the "game" screen and then crashes the entire computer part way through rendering that screen.

Interestingly enough tonight I installed wine and tried running the windows client, and got THE EXACT SAME CRASH.

It must be something hardware specific that has gotten messed up due to the last patch!!

I am getting sick of the lack of action from CCP to put this right. When are you going to listen? You STILL have not reversed whatever it was you did that has created this problem. If this was any other kind of business, you lot would be out on your ear by now. Your customers are royally pissed off, you have a product that is massively failing a large number of us and yet you fiddle while Rome burns.... Unbelieveable.

i don't even want to try to log in, because i bought this game for entertainment purposes, and right now it makes me mad.

opened a ticket about it, still no answer.

you are failing to provide a steady service for your customers and in the meantime failing to comfort them with information on the progression.

you disappoint me, ccp.
