To fix, goto :

C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher\appdata\EVE_Online_Launcher-2.1.613956.win32 And run the launcher here.

The launcher will update and fix itself

Close this launcher and run from your original eve launcher, from which ever default location you had.


This will start the full update as normal. Enjoy...
