EVE Online: Rubicon Downtime Extension - 19/11/2013

CCP U BAD!

To fix, goto :

C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher\appdata\EVE_Online_Launcher-2.1.613956.win32 And run the launcher here.

The launcher will update and fix itself

Close this launcher and run from your original eve launcher, from which ever default location you had.


This will start the full update as normal. Enjoy...

This seems to just remove the error message, not actually display the launcher...


EDIT: Trying to open from old exe shortcut. (IDIOT)



delete the .old from the end of the old shortcut and it works.

Downtime extended greatly by insanely slow download rate. Been going for at least 15 minutes and it's 57,5% done :(

And no, I'm not poor with a slow internet. CCP just hates me.

THat has not fixed my launcher. Launcher does not want to give the ready signal.

2. Yes I can consume an amazing amount of beer.

3. The drinking age in Iceland is 19 I don't think age will be an issue
